A. Anything my mother cooked – she was a fantastic cook. Most memorable was her Croque-Monsieur

A. Our Shrimp Scampi seems to be our crowd pleaser…

A. BBQ Beef Brisket

A. Working in a kitchen where the two head chefs were husband and wife… they are divorced now. Do I need to say more?

A. Apron, stick lighter, side towels, black sharpie marker and glasses
Q. What’s your ultimate fantasy meal – what, where and with who (living or dead)?
A. Will Ferrell, Evel Knievel and Jack Daniels (the man not the whiskey – but some of that too), my favorite actor, my childhood hero and my current hero on any back porch with BBQ and aforementioned beverage
Q. What are your guilty pleasures?
A. Doing nothing… when I am supposed to be doing something

A. Learn to play the guitar better
Q. Something in your fridge or freezer that would surprise people?
A. A flower wrist corsage from a father-daughter dance with my youngest. Its been there for years because she does not want to get rid of it (awwww….)
Chef Todd lives in Mission Viejo with his wife, Sandi. He has three daughters, Ella 9, Ryland 12 and oldest Ashley 25, who is married and lives in Utah. Two shelter rescue dogs, both hound mixes. And some fish.
