A. Several places! Breakfast at Wide Eyes Open Palms, coffee at Black Ring Coffee, pie at The Pie Bar, ice cream at Long Beach Creamery, Bo-beau kitchen+rooftap, wine and small plates at George’s Greek Cafe
Q. Favorite kitchen utensil and why?
A. Digital Thermometer. Chocolate tempering in beautiful but HOT Long Beach is challenging, but awesome when we can dial it in just right!
Q. What do you like to do outside of work?
A. Jog, lift weights, visit family & friends, go wine tasting
Q. What’s on your Bucket List?
A. Relax and meditate in Bali; study chocolate in Italy; Kayak at Palawan, Philippines; grow a wellness garden; raise my own chickens, goats, and miniature donkeys.
